Tecnológico de Monterrey is a great university for those who seek professional connections since day one. With a unique programme that prioritizes problem-solving techniques in your specific field, your are pushed to think outside the box and promote innovation. Many students end up creating their own small businesses or even selling their prototypes to bigger businesses. It also promotes an international environement, allowing you to take classes in english with both local and international students. There’s also numerous exchange programmes that allow you to study abroad for the summer, winter or even entire semesters. There’s also the Life programmme, that allows you to practice any sport, enjoy any form of art or whatever extracurricular you may enjoy. As for food and snacks, there’s so many options! From Starbucks and Tim Horton’s to small foodtrucks, the options (and price ranges) are endless! Due to mexican government’s orders, most options are healthy and accessible. There’s also multiple printing spots where you can print anything and everything, however that’s not very necessary since most schoolwork is digital. The labs are very well equipped and the lab personnel are so kind and patient. Teachers are kind and understanding, and prioritize your understanding of the subject above anything, so if you’re in need of extra lessons, you just have to ask! No additional cost whatsoever. As a biomedical engineering student I’m quite satisfied with the opportunities I’ve been given, and I could not recommend my university enough.
View moreIt is very complete. I like the way they work, and installations as the library and the gym, but I don’t like how inexperienced are some teachers. Some of them have struggles teaching or with the language they are teaching.
View moreI believe this institution is one of the best in Mexico. If you have the chance to study here, take it — it’s worth the investment. I had excellent professors who taught me how to solve problems, analyze situations, and think critically. You end up excelling even in areas you once thought you weren’t good at — like mathematics, science, or physics.
The campus facilities are also great. You’ll have the opportunity to become the best version of yourself by exploring a wide variety of cultural and extracurricular classes — from sports, singing, and acting, to painting, photography, playing instruments, or even cooking. There are so many options to help you grow personally and creatively.
I studied high school here, and later returned to take a digital marketing diploma. The program was incredibly complete — not just surface-level content. They teach you everything you need to know to master the subject and make confident, informed decisions in the professional world.
View moreI studied in the Tec system almost all my life, and what I can say is that the educational system is good, quite good, but it has a focus solely on engineering, which makes it a university that only focuses on exact sciences or business. Despite having humanities courses such as Psychology or Law, they are not its strong point. But if you are looking for civil, mechanical, industrial engineering, etc… Tec is one of your best options here in Mexico.
View moreI really like this university have a great atmosphere, the quality of the complete system its great the professors are professionals and have a great actitud with all the students. as the sports area is amazing specially the tennis area.
