The customer service for alumnus is a BIG frustration, academics never answers the phone, emails, or whatsapp. I am leaving outside Mexico, and I need my Kardex and Transcript, 3 weeks later I am still trying to get a hold of someone that can help me or give me some guidance. Their campus is ok at best you wouldn’t think you pay a lot of money to be there just looking at it, while it has some good ideas for their spaces they still need to make them better.
