Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)is also known as Tecnológico de Monterrey or as Tec. It is called Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in English. Excellent university. Modern training and according to the labor market of the careers that dictates. I highlight it for the preparation, the institution accompanies the student throughout the learning process.
It is an excellent option to study, besides from the fact of the student environment and the teachers are the best.
The University of your Dreams? That is the TEC of Monterrey, I made an exchange in Monterrey and I was amazed by this Private University located in Monterrey Mexico. The structure of the campus, enormous we had free bicycles to move around the campus, gym and free sports classes for students, a huge library, computers, classes were very dynamic super friendly teachers with a super practical learning in all subjects , in turn, the campus was perfectly taken care of each and every one of the details of the gardens, the animals that lived there from the campus, the lagoons, etc … Campus access and security controls were sometimes strict but favored campus security
And what I liked the most was the multiple training events that were organized within the campus, training talks, symposia, parties, seed companies, student promotion campaign etc … always the campus had some activity or event to do. I loved this University, my favorite without a doubt.
I earned my degree of B. Sc in Computer Science (ISC) and M. BA IT Management (MATI) at Campus Estado de Mexico. Studying at this university was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life – it provided me with all the tools I needed to have a successful professional career in my industry. The education quality and its facilities are the first worlds and I have witnessed in my international professional life that ITESM graduates compete very well with other from renowned international universities. ITESM offers a wide possibility of options especially if you are interested in entrepreneurship and international experience in your field. It is not surprising to me that this university has been awarded multiple times as the best private university in Latin America.
The TEC has great facilities, tons of extracurricular activities and highly prepared professors, all in an environment that invites you to explore your full potential. However, the TEC will not automatically make you a great professional, as you will have to study hard and stay long hours at the library or working with your classmates on one of the several team assignments that you will continuously be given. The TEC prepares its students to work in a stressful environment by assigning them loads of homework, team projects and exams every three to four weeks. If you manage to do this and still have time for student associations, sport teams and to take one or more of the multiple cultural and sports classes, you will find yourself continuously running from one place to another while at the same time thoroughly enjoying your university experience.
I studied high school and International Relations in ITESM-CEM and one of the best things I learn that we have to be citizens who make a real change in society, citizens with the best way to do things. We have a pack of great and prepared teachers (National & International). Also, all the extra-curricular activities the Campus offers: theater, dance, gyms, representative team sports and so many much. You also have the opportunity to study abroad and interact with different cultures. In my time we didn´t have as a accreditation and extra language (I took classes in English), and other schools offered French, German and so. I highly recommend the school for all the University for All the Benefits they offer.
The teachers were pretty knowledgeable. Aldo the student life was nice. World Wide competitive level overall.
The campus was nice, good infrastructure. Pretty nice exchange student programs.
Huge library and digital resources that make for a wider and more profound learning.
This is an excellent university because of their teachers and their high standard. Its known that a Tec de Monterrey´s student has no life outside the school and it’s because of the constant projects you are supposed to do (alone and as a team), the social activities required as part of your student program (high school students) and because it has a strong policy of “no cheating”.
Another main reason this university is the “top of the tops” is that how they teach their students 24/7 to be leaders and changes of their environment; to go beyond what is obvious or has been done. None of the others universities in Mexico does that.
Definitely an excellent university, that’s why is well known that a Tec de Monterrey student is someone who knows his stuff.
I hope they keep maintaining their high standards, specifically with their teachers because it’s important they are still active as professionals so they can share their opinions based on actual data.
In my personal experience, the course was not as expected but I recognize the high level of education and excellent material I was provided, so I would definitely recommend it to a friend or stranger.
This university is one of the best in Mexico not only for the great quality of its courses and professors, technology and infraestructure but because the social responsibility approach they always keep in sight in all of their programs.
Sports, cultural activities and international experience are key in the campus social life. This university has a great reputation in the corporate world, therefore, they have plenty of job offers and trainee programs with good companies.
I studied International Relations and came back later for my M.B.A degree.
