The university is one of the best in the city but depending on the Major you are completing and the school you are part of it could either be one of the best places to study in the north of mexico or simply a bad school (like mine, Psychology) where they don’t teach you a single thing.
As it happens with a lot of public schools in Mexico, you can have great teachers or no teachers at all. Or you can end up being teach by the administrative personnel of the school instead of actual teachers with masters or Doctorate degrees (there is a rule that all of the directors, deans and administrative directors should have at least one class per semester, which might be good for them to keep their feet in the ground but often they happen to be the worst teachers of the faculty)
