I had a positive experience during my 4-year university program and enjoyed the diversity and experiences it offered. I had the opportunity for personal and academic growth, exposure to diverse perspectives, and the development of valuable skills.
View moreI will start with my academic experience – I totally enjoyed my time at KU. Most if not all lecturers were easily accessible both in person and through calls, Class Whatsapp groups and class emails. I particularly would praise the University when we faced the Covid pandemic, classes went on seamlessly via Google Meet or Zoom. This ensured that we did not miss out on our classes.
In terms of facilities, i can say this without fear that being a public university, KU prides itself in having modern and adequate facilities for all students.
The student body was quite diverse. KU has students from all corners of the world particularly in Africa. We had very many international students.
In terms of housing, the University had so enough accommodation for all students.
I would highly recommend Kenyatta University to aspiring students.
Kenyatta University is an extraordinary institution of higher learning. Located on the outskirts of Nairobi town, the university has amenities that offer exposure to learners. No wonder it is referred to as a world-class university!
“A place is the people” as cliché as it may sound, the university has proven this to be true because the lecturers are keen on supporting their students and creating lasting connections with them. The university also focuses on honing leadership skills by offering leadership courses.
Most importantly, Kenyatta University provides work-integrated learning opportunities to students.
View moreSince I joined the campus we’ve been using the blended type of delivery because of the COVID pandemic. The method is not that bad but there are a few challenges that we face. The university should at least provide bundles to the students for the online classes. It has good facilities, which is good.
View moreKenyatta university gave me the light I need at the end of a dark tunnel. Facilities in the university i.e from a modern library to modern lecture halls were every man’s dream facility to study in peace. Students from different cultural diversity and other from other nations and university gave me an opportunity as a student to interact with these people and develop a wide range of an understanding of the international world.
