Kenyatta University was my dream school. I couldn’t put words to why I wanted to get to this school but the amazing infrastructures and well manicured lawns were my pick up lines whenever I was asked, ‘Why Kenyatta University?’. Well, I could still chose this school again. The kind of social engagements within the school is one to look up to. There are so many clubs to join that not only offer a platform to meet new friends but life changing opportunities. Clubs and societies such as the IEEE offered a lot to students and awakened their desire to innovations seeing them thrive in the global fields.
The balance within the school was so pronounced. It is unreal to imagine that having graduated from Kenyatta University, one would still struggle with work-life balance. However, the school had its own cons. Things that I totally disliked. By the virtual of not being a morning owl, I struggled with 7 am classes a lot. I wished all classes would be much later like 8 am or late in the afternoon.
