It is the best place to pursue higher education : friendly and learned lecturers, fully equipped laboratories and library, a very student friendly environment, clean and quiet. I love it and would recommend.

I did my bachelor degree in the faculty of Agriculture in this institution.
The institution boasts of qualified staff and adequate resources as far as the faculty of agriculture is concerned.
Lecturers are friendly and take students through theory and practical classes.
The institution also take its students to various places just to ensure they are fully baked after graduation.
Students relate well at JKUAT and international students are also found in this institution.
Accommodation is provided on first come first serve basis but there are also other hostels privately owned around the institution.

I will recommend JKUAT University to a student who wants to explore knowledge in agriculture. The University was started by the first president of Kenya the late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta to equip the local farmers with basic knowledge on how to manage coffee farms during the post-colonial period. The facility has an equipped farm to improve Farm Machinery Operations, produce high-quality food crops to meet the University market demand, and maintain a healthy and high-quality livestock And are categorized into three main sections basic and technical agricultural skills and knowledge; Farm workshop, Livestock Section, Crops Section

JKUAT is a public university in Kenya. It was initially established to cater to agriculture and technology students but now the university is offering a lot of internationally recognized courses. The university welcomes all students with a warm heart and gives us direction and every support that we need. The management does induction for all new students before they can kick off their studies which I find so good. This university has been my all-time study partner and I must admit it’s my biggest joy to study here.

JKUAT is the leading university in Kenya when it comes to business, agriculture, and technology studies. The university applies high technology to agricultural studies and students are trained on how to handle different crop diseases and maximize a good harvest. All students here in the agricultural sector are equipped with skills and knowledge that will help them start up their farms and employ themselves hence reducing the level of unemployment in Kenya.

The services and the knowledge rendered by the lecturers overall are very efficient. The environment is cool for learning. The staff are very polite and friendly and they serve everyone efficiently.
