regarding the student welfare community
university of Pavia is one of the oldest continuous universities and maintains a rich heritage as well as includes Nobel laureates such Alessandra Volta and Camillo Golgi.
it is well funded by the national and regional governments and maintains its relevance by ties to the industries
one thing I really consider a boon are the strong voice by the student communities in ensuring fair treatment and provides a check on overly unjust measures brought on the students
