

Our University is nice the courses can be hard but in the same time so doable, and from the food part we have multiple collaborations with restaurants other than the big Mensa with multiple choices, Trieste is a small cozy city so you can have fun at night and in summer we have the sea it’s a really good experience

Whenever I needed any advice, ther were always patient and they gave me complete information about anything I ever asked.
They have different ways to support the students economically: refund whatever they spent on the accomodation, scholarships from Ardiss, also part-time job (175 hours per year) to which the students can apply whenever this opportunity is open.
Units provides great teaching in mechanical engineering field, offering important theorical basis at the bachelor degree and focusing on many practical designing activity in the master. It is a demaning path but if you have strong passion and dedication you will be satisfied.
In coronavirus time most of the lessons move on-line on MS Teams, keeping good academical quality, by the way some laboratory activity are planned to be organised live.
I think students will have a very strong preparation, teachers are prepared and almost always available to meet you to answer your question.
There are career days and other possibilities to get in touch with companies, professors will help you in working research.
The University has good international connections, although talking about the Erasmus project in the engineering department is not always easy to find some coherent courses in the foreign university, even because our corses can be quite specific and full of technical contents.
It trains you to the world of work. Very intercultural environment. Very qualified teachers. Lots of possibilities to talk with ex-students that currently work in important companies. The course is very hard, but useful.
