Quality of lecturing

Some profs are good qt wxplaining their slides with giving a lot of example and asking the students questions as well which i find very interactive qnd wo does efficient teaching. However, some profs just reads the slides and move on not interactive and i find it very hard to focuw their lecture. I am doing masters in environmental sustainability and education, fist year at unipd
