UL has a very green, massive campus with lots of facilities. They also have a multitude of clubs and societies that cater to a range of interests, including surfing, photography, drama and more. The lecturers at UL are very engaging and informative, especially for my course.
View moreBrialliant University, the course was very interesting, very helpful professors and the international administrative office. Lots of opportunities to make international friends, attend career workshops, etc. The university campus is extremely beautiful too! Overall great experience.
View moreMy first year of college was fantastic; face-to-face lectures and seminars were crucial for meeting people; however, much of this has been lost due to covid.
It was a really well-planned course from the outset, with lectures and classes delivered by top authorities in the subject. I can’t speak for everyone at UL, but I do think it’s bad that the psychology facilities are outdated.
There may be no place in the world where a student can live like Limerick.
This course exceeded my expectations and I would suggest it to anyone who is interested in psychology.
The coursework, not the course itself, is the most difficult to succeed in.
View moreI love my time in UL, the campus is the nicest place ever. The psychology department is fantastic, they’re so on the ball. The only problem is how money driven the university is. They will charge students for everything, the president is constantly campaigning for more funding from the government and higher fees. What does he spend it on? Nothing of any substance, commissioning another piece of art maybe, or hiring more TAs for the sociology department which is the most hypocritical department in the world. I don’t feel like the quality of teaching facilities has improved since I started in 2017 and I fear this will be the downfall of UL
