Really enjoyed my time at TCD. I had a vibrant and dynamic experience learning from leading academics in their fields. The various student societies and clubs really make the college experience wholistic.

Trinity College has a diverse and lively community that is home to numerous club and societies catering to wide range of interests. The college also has a student union, which organises various events and advocates for student issues.
One of the hallmarks of TCD community is its inclusivity. It is a welcoming environment where students from all backgrounds can feel at home. There are many opportunities to get involved and make new friends, whether through clubs and societies, or the other avenues such as volunteering or community service.
Being part of this lively community can also be a valuable learning experience. It can help students develop skills such as leadership, communication and teamwork and also helps expose them to different cultures and perspectives, which can broaden their horizons and enrich their education.

Trinity College Dublin is a really good university and the best one in Ireland, which is constantly spoken about, and is recognised internationally. However, too much focus seems to be placed on tourism and the admin can be quite slow. They are getting better, to be fair. Law at Trinity is very academic and students tend to be steered down the path of corporate law, which is evident from any career fair you go to by TCD Law Soc. There needs to be more information provided about other career pathways. The campus is beautiful but the lack of colour can get a bit boring after a few years. There is many societies which makes it easier to make friends but if you are not from South Dublin, it can be harder. Luckily, it is a big enough campus so you will likely meet people who share similar interests as yourself.
