I would recommend the University of Ghana for applicants interested in reading an Engineering or Sociology program. In my year 2013-2017, we did not have enough staff and materials and rooms to be taught Information Technology. Overall the experience was a mixture of fun and challenges. Hopefully, the processes and procedures have improved immensely for anyone looking to apply for an IT or Computer course per my experience. I will encourage all applicants to do their research and take a tour around the school before making a final decision.
View moreGrowing up in a lively home, I’m an enthusiast when it comes to entertainment. Fortunately, the University of Ghana doesn’t come behind in this quality. To my utter surprise, more of these entertaining ventures are educative also thus creating the perfect students.
View moreSurprisingly, this university is in the condition it is now. As one of Ghana’s leading universities, you would expect high-tech facilities. Well, many things are outdated. I need newer equipment for research and I can’t find any. It’s sad. But, I would say though, that I have met many amazing people here I will carry with me forever!
View moreMy time at the University of Ghana has been amazing, we have access to professional lecturers and tutors who are approachable and always ready to help or listen. Our laboratories are well equipped and our facilities are in perfect condition the only reason I would give it a 4 star is the struggle for accommodation freshers face, however measures are being put in place by the university to curb the problem.
View moreI like the versatility of my program and it being easy to understand. The lecturers are efficient and effective although we lack some facilities to aid our studies. The campus is very convenient with good security.
