PhD program of the university is very well in general. The number of the International students are so many especially at my institute. University provides facilities introductory courses during the semester for all PhD and PostDocs. However, University is not so convenient for international master students due to higher semester fee. When it is compared to other universities in Germany, it is quite higher only for second degree international students.
