    Old Buildings

The organisation is catastrophic. The buildings are old and not in a good shape. Campus Life is very stereotypical with a left polictic mainstream. Keeping that in mind better think about your immatriculation at this university

A Balanced Blend of Business and Technology

Studying International Management at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences was a mix of highs and lows for me. On the plus side, the program did a great job blending IT-focused courses with business subjects, which I found really useful for today’s job market. Working on real-world case studies with actual companies was probably the best part—it made the learning feel practical and relevant. Learning about machine learning was also pretty cool and gave me some insight into data-driven decision-making.

The classes were small, which meant we could have more discussions and get to know each other better. But on the flip side, the university felt a bit too strict sometimes, which could be a downer. Some professors didn’t seem all that into teaching or helping students out, which made things tougher than they needed to be. Plus, the competitive grading system added extra stress that I could have done without.

I would recommend it if you’re interested in a program that mixes IT and business management. Just be ready to push yourself and stay motivated.

Overall, the program sets you up well for a career in international business with a tech twist. Even though there were some challenges, the hands-on projects and learning cutting-edge stuff like machine learning made it worth it.

    Up to date IT Education

I got my bachelor degree in Computer Science in HSKA three years ago and can highly recommend this university. What stood out to me was the perfect mix of theoretical knowledge from experienced professors and practical skills taught from young professionals who work in IT.
My bachelor program was very demanding and good math and German language skills are a must. However it all paid off as the graduates have no problem finding jobs afterwards. As the matter of fact, most students, me included, starting from the third or fourth semester work few hours a week in an IT firm during their studies.
My personal highlight was an exchange program with Nanyang University in Singapore.
