Credit control staff

One of the BSBI staff at credit control has a warm, friendly manner and helped me go through some financial trouble I was going through, in the first month of my arrival in Berlin.
BSBI staff are all helpful and try their best for international students not to feel alone and unsupported. Especially when you first arrive in Germany.
