    Support can be slow, but overall a good experience

    Overall, I’m happy with my programme and the flexibility it offers. The platform is user-friendly, and the course materials are well-structured. However, one downside is that it can take quite a long time to receive a response when I have a question or face an issue.
    Despite that, I would still recommend the university, especially for students who prefer studying at their own pace.

    Normally all the functions here is good, professors are all kind and helping students about their works. However, the process in some departments in this school is slow. And the cafeteria in the school sometimes is not really good.
