I studied M2 at UPEC. This course was supposed to be presented in English, but surprisingly most of the professors and universitie’s staff did not( or didn’t want to) speak English. The worst part was university educational management. It was made up of unqualified and unhelpful guys who could not respond to the students’ problems. I am very surprised by the ranking of the university because I did not find the facilities of the university suitable at all.

I have been at UPEC since September 2019 and I am doing my bachelor’s. I don’t think the organization is well done. They could improve on this point. Otherwise, I find that there are very good and very bad teachers.
