UT is a fantastic choice for driven students. The info technology program I’m enrolled in is well-organized, with approachable professors who truly care about our success. Turku is a vibrant city with a rich cultural heritage and a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. The university cultivates a strong sense of community and provides ample opportunities for both academic and personal development.

Having lived in the Student Village for over a month, and it’s been fine. The apartments are renovated, but if you move into one of the older blocks, you share the kitchen with others. The Village is much closer to campus, saving you on bus fares—unless you choose to bike in every day. Honestly, you can’t really cycle around in –27 °C! But if you give it a go, it’s actually pretty fun.

An excellent place for motivated students. The health technology program I’m part of is well-structured, and the professors are approachable and genuinely invested in student success. Turku itself is a beautiful city with a rich history and peaceful vibe, which adds to the overall experience. The university fosters a great sense of community and offers plenty of opportunities for both academic and personal growth.

accommodation, it met all my needs. Other than that, everything was great. If I needed help, I could just hang out downstairs to see my classmates, and we often had student hangouts in the evenings because we lived so close to each other. The proximity of everyone was a big advantage, despite the 20-minute bus ride to school.
