Student review [#8532] for Electrical Engineering
at Tampere University - TUNI

TUT is one of the few universities where everything is actually working. The facilities are open 24/7 for the students, guilds and clubs provide technology student culture events, all the studies and laboratories are relative, staff is friendly, and there are plenty of places to eat with no lines. It’s a perfect place to spend your student life. It’s not a problem if you’re not a Finn since everything necessary can be handled in English as well. English language is well understood here and people dare to answer in English. Many clubs are international (EESTEC, BEST, ESN INTO, AIESEC, ESTIEM…) Only problem is that location is quite remote from the city center. That is fixed by having everything necessary in 1km radius (accommondations from student housing company and stores). Besides that you can just jump in a bus every 5 minutes to get to the city center for 1,33€ price
