As a student in the Faculty of AgriSciences, I was impressed by the hands-on approach to learning. The university has well-maintained research farms, greenhouses, and modern labs that allow students to connect theory with practice. Professors are approachable and highly knowledgeable, often incorporating real-world challenges into coursework. The campus itself is cozy and green, perfect for fostering both academic focus and relaxation. International students will appreciate the university’s efforts in creating a welcoming atmosphere, including an active international office and programs in English. While Brno is a smaller city, its student-centric vibe and affordable cost of living make it ideal for studies. One area for improvement could be the expansion of student housing, as demand often outpaces supply.
