Great place and a better opportunity
The best part in the university is definitely the vibe on campus; it’s super diverse and full of people who actually care about what’s happening in the world, which makes for some pretty deep conversations outside of class. Plus, the academic prestige is no joke—the professors are top-tier, and having “La Chile” on your resume carries a ton of weight because everyone knows how rigorous the programs are.
The only real headache is the bureaucracy, which can be a bit of a nightmare. Dealing with administrative tasks or trying to get simple paperwork done often feels like a test of patience because the systems are pretty old-school and slow. But honestly, if you can look past the red tape, the quality of education and the connections you make there are totally worth the hassle.
