I really enjoy Western University, specifically regarding my program. It is a mix of media, communication, marketing and business, with a side of journalism and writing. The school is very welcoming and social, which allows individuals to find their own path and friendships along the way. Something that stood out to me was that in first year we had to take a class on the history of communication. This made me reflect that all of our classes in first year were about theorists and history. This was a part of the program I did not enjoy as much.
