UBC has been a great place to meet and make connections. Personally I believe its one of the best universities in the world because its main focus is research. This is really important if you wish to work anywhere in the world as you can drive real change. I have also been involved in a student start up organisation called ThePlug Vancouver which has allowed me to make a name for myself in Vancouver, BC. UBC has without a doubt changed my life and I would 100% recommend coming to Canada 🙂

A very student friendly environment with sustainable environment. Professors and advisors are always available for help if needed. Almost all social issues are raised and talked about. Mental health facilities are readily available for anyone who needs them.
