It’s a great universtity amd that opens many doors for you, but when it comes to teaching, many teachers still have a long way to go. For you to become a teacher it’s more evaluated you’re experience as a researcher than as a teacher inside a classroom, there’s no incentive to them to have a continuous didactics development.
