I like most of it honestly the way my university is managing handling us the degree but I feel like there are some courses which are bs and we don’t need them at all. the quality of those courses should either be improved or to replace with something better. for example courses like- personal development(idk what i learnt, paid 35 euros for the mapstell thing for no good reason, AI tools(even though it’s not fully useless we can gain some insights but still most of the info can be found on the internet), business communication(sounds like an useful course but was just average english teaching and some information about powerpoint slides) and maybe there are more I just finished my first year. And there are very useful good courses indeed like Business intelligence fundamentals, digital skills, business integration, cost calculation, financial management, sales, marketing fundamentals, micro macro economics, i really find them interesting and very important and most importantly 100% to my degree unlike the ones i mentioned useless. Some professors are really nice, friendly, gives a shit about your progress, your mental health, some are very rude, arrogant, have a military attitude, some are very old they think themselves as the best. I feel like we need more positive energy from the professors cz I feel like a professor can change your perspective of how u feel about a course.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and open feedback about your first year in International Business Management. 🙏🏻
We are pleased to read that you have had a positive experience with many of the core business courses, such as Business Intelligence Fundamentals, Digital Skills, Financial Management, Sales, Marketing and Economics. These courses are indeed an important part of building the strong business foundation we want our students to develop.
At the same time, we appreciate your comments about courses such as Personal Development, AI Tools and Business Communication. Our International Business Management programme deliberately combines business knowledge with broader professional skills. We believe that personal development, communication, digital and AI skills, teamwork and intercultural competences are also important for graduates entering an increasingly international and rapidly changing business environment. However, that does not mean that we should take their relevance or quality for granted. If students do not clearly see the added value of a course, that is valuable feedback for us and something we need to look at critically.
We also take your comments about lecturers seriously. We are happy that you experienced some lecturers as friendly, supportive and genuinely interested in your progress and well-being. This is exactly the learning environment we aim for. At the same time, students should feel that they are treated with respect and that lecturers contribute positively to their motivation and learning experience. Your feedback reminds us how important this is.
You have only completed your first year, so we hope that during the next stages of the programme you will increasingly see how the different elements come together and prepare you for an international business career.
Thank you again for sharing both what you value and what you believe we can improve. Feedback like yours helps us continue to develop the programme, and we hope you will keep sharing your experiences with us during the rest of your studies. 🍀
