Simplicity and effective communication of content
When I first joined UTS, it was during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in which UTS essentially manoeuvred to an online platform through the use of Zoom. The staff at UTS effectively implemented the use of Zoom with tutors trying there best to adapt to the constant change the pandemic presented. The overall support from tutors allowed for students to adapt to the changes.
