I have studied at this university for 4 years now, completing a bachelor degree and about to complete honours. I am also prioritising UON as my highest rated option for masters. The content is thoughtfully curated, there is flexibility in delivery, and lecturers are clearly passionate and engaged. Communication with faculty and systems is user friendly. I feel I am receiving a superior education based on some other options I considered.
View moreI honestly had a brilliant time at Newcastle; the city itself is unmatched for student life and the campus is right in the middle of everything. The teaching was mostly spot-on, even if the admin side of things felt a bit chaotic at times.
View moreThe Uni have excellent teaching Lecturers but very Poor student support like you will have to call multiple times to solve your issue.
The Parking issue and mosquitos will make your life hell specially in your first semesters.
The locals are very Friendly and supportive.Try to get accommodation in the Campus.
This university provides many resources and support systems for students, the teaching is professional and flexible for students. The university has many facilities and staff show genuine care to students
View moreThe university of Newcastle offers students various ways to get the most out of the studying experience. In my situation with this I am now currently on exchange at University of Leeds. This experience allows students to network with other students they would normally not be able to especially in the last few years. I can say this has been a highlight of my university experience so far.
