As an online student at ACU, I valued the flexibility to study remotely, especially with pre-recorded lectures and clear course outlines. The online platform was generally user-friendly, and most lecturers were prompt with feedback. The university’s emphasis on ethics and community values translated well into virtual discussions and group projects.
However, the lack of real-time interaction made some subjects feel isolating. Group work was occasionally challenging due to time zones or low engagement from peers. Some resources weren’t as effective online.
ACU’s online programme is a solid option for self-directed learners, but it could improve with more live sessions, interactive tools, and networking opportunities to mirror the on-campus experience
