My experience at ACU was truly rewarding. The university creates an environment where students can grow, explore their potential, and develop their talents. I appreciated how they blended modern teaching methods with traditional values to deliver a high-quality education.
The professors were always supportive, both academically and personally. The community was welcoming and encouraging, making it easy to feel at home and motivated to succeed.
What really stood out were the career opportunities and professional connections available through the university. These experiences helped prepare me for the real world and gave me confidence moving forward. Overall, ACU played a big role in shaping my personal and academic journey.
View moreIt’s super inclusive, the board and staff are welcoming of all sensibilities and backgrounds. I’m quite satisfied with the coursework and study load, and I’ve never felt out of place there. The student culture is not as big as other universities (I’m at the Fitzroy campus), but one thing that makes up for it are the workforce opportunities and connections you can have through there, so I’m forever grateful to ACU for giving me a chance.
View moreStudying at Australian Catholic University has been a truly transformative experience. As a student in the Education program, I felt supported from day one, by passionate professors who genuinely care, and by a welcoming community that fosters personal and academic growth.
What stood out most was how values like compassion and leadership aren’t just taught, they’re lived every day on campus. I had the chance to volunteer in schools, lead peer workshops, and even represent ACU at a national conference. These moments helped me grow not just as a student, but as a person.
The small class sizes made it easy to connect with lecturers and classmates, creating a space where I felt seen and heard. If you’re looking for a university that combines academic excellence with a strong sense of purpose, ACU is the right place.
View moreAs an online student at ACU, I valued the flexibility to study remotely, especially with pre-recorded lectures and clear course outlines. The online platform was generally user-friendly, and most lecturers were prompt with feedback. The university’s emphasis on ethics and community values translated well into virtual discussions and group projects.
However, the lack of real-time interaction made some subjects feel isolating. Group work was occasionally challenging due to time zones or low engagement from peers. Some resources weren’t as effective online.
ACU’s online programme is a solid option for self-directed learners, but it could improve with more live sessions, interactive tools, and networking opportunities to mirror the on-campus experience
