Free University of Berlin is a great educational institution for international students. It gives you a great opportunity to learn how to work with an international teams in fields of the sociological research.
I am just starting my PhD journey and I could not be happier with my choice in ISM. Amazing experience with quality professors AND impressive cohorts. Working full-time, this educational focus would not be feasible if I was not able to be flexible as to when and where I take my classes. It is a tough, long, and robust path that requires focus, but the team at ISM is truly the best. They help navigate the way that will work best for you and not put you in a 'one way fits all' situation to accomplish this massive step. I wanted a global education that was through a recognized, accredited, and respected school and ISM has not just been that, but so much more.

As a second-year student at IILM University in Greater Noida, here's my experience so far: Positive Aspects: 1. **Infrastructure**: The university offers modern facilities, including well-equipped classrooms, a spacious library, and other amenities that create a good learning environment. 2. **Faculty**: The professors are knowledgeable and bring a lot of industry experience to the table. Many of them are approachable and willing to support us in both academics and personal growth. 3. **Industry Exposure**: I’ve had the opportunity to participate in various workshops, guest lectures, and internships, which have helped me gain practical insights into my field of study. 4. **Campus Life**: The campus is vibrant, with a variety of extracurricular activities like sports, cultural events, and student clubs. It’s been a great way to balance academics with personal interests. 5. **Location**: Being located in Greater Noida, it’s easy to travel to and from Delhi. The area is also growing in terms of educational and industrial opportunities, which is an added advantage. ### Areas of Concern: 1. **Fee Structure**: The fees are on the higher side compared to some other universities, which can be a bit of a challenge for some students. 2. **Placement**: While the placement cell does its best, I’ve heard mixed reviews regarding the placements for some specialized programs. Management courses tend to have better placement outcomes, but it's something I’m still keeping an eye on. 3. **Facilities**: Though the infrastructure is good, I think there’s room for improvement in areas like hostel maintenance. Sometimes, the upkeep of certain facilities could be better. 4. **Reputation**: While the university’s reputation is improving, it doesn’t yet have the same level of recognition as some of the more established universities, which is something to consider when thinking about long-term prospects. Overall, my experience at IILM has been positive. The academic and campus life are fulfilling, and I’m gaining valuable exposure to the industry. However, I do hope to see improvements in placements and the fee structure as I move forward in my studies.
