A foreigner student in AUPET

The educational process is just fine; a university is an excellent option for people who speak Kazakh or Russian natively; I enrolled in 2019 in a complete English-based education, and let me briefly explain how each year went. The first year was challenging because the university did not provide a preparation year, so it was tough. The second year was somehow more accessible since we had already gotten used to the languages and started icebreaking. The third year was great. We could handle everything related to studies. In the fourth year, which is the current year, I'm having a serious problem related to the writing of the graduational diploma since most of the process isn't ready to handle international students. As I said previously, the university is excellent for Kazakh and Russian native speakers. But be ready to handle a lot of paperwork, and most of the time, you won't be able to write the "statement" or "application" in Russian. It's "заявление."

The Program That Turns Ideas Into Reality

My experience with this university's mechanical engineering program has been phenomenal. What I liked most was the strong emphasis on project-based learning. We weren't just lectured on theory; we were challenged to design project, where my team created autonomous robot, was an incredible opportunity to apply everything we learned about thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and material science. The faculty are not only experts in their fields but also passionate mentors who genuinely want to see students succeed. The only real downside was the limited availability of elective courses in some specialized areas, like robotics or aerospace, which would have allowed for even deeper specialization. However, the foundation knowledge and problem-solving skills the program provides are unparalleled. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to be more than just a student-to anyone who wants to be a true innovator.

The University of Choice

The University of Eswatini is the man and the largest public university in Eswatini. The university runs a multi campus system in three cities in the country. Manzini campus, the main campus which houses the central administration, runs undergraduate programs in humanities and sciences. It also runs postgraduate programs. Luyengo campus, the second largest, runs agricultural science programs for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Mbabane campus runs health programs. The university has exceptional faculties and faculty members who are highly experienced and knowledgeable. The diverse backgrounds of the faculty members enhance student experience and leadership. The availability of academic resources such as learning centers, laboratory and field facilities to enhance research is a plus for any student who wants to develop their academic credentials and skills. I will recommend the university to anyone who wants to pursue their academic career in a diverse, rich and serene environment with collaborative learning and research experience.
