A Place of Personal Growth

In CBS you can expect an environment of proactive thinking and growth. The university staff is always open to help and to debate. The teaching methods balance theoretical knowledge and practical skills enabling the student with capacity and confidence to enter the job market successfully. The existence of students from all over the world stimulates discussion and promotion of different cultures, ideas and perspectives. I highly recommend this university for students in business-related areas.

Studying = Evolving Surviving the Danish Weather

Studying at Aarhus University has been a journey of learning, evolving, and… figuring out how to survive the grading system. I’m in the Erasmus Mundus programme, and honestly, the professors here are absolute legends—they go out of their way to help us and make everything super smooth. Love that! The programme itself is a cultural explosion: 90 students from 40 countries, so you’re basically in a mini United Nations every day. But let’s talk about challenges… The city is a bit too quiet for my taste. The grading system is absolutely ridiculous. But at least they soften the blow with solid feedback, so you know exactly where you messed up. Campus life? Super chill, great facilities—but WHERE are the events?! I swear they just gave up because the weather is permanently grey. Still, despite the occasional boredom and my ongoing war with the grading scale, I’d recommend Aarhus University 1000%. If you want top-notch education, an international experience, and professors who actually care, this is the place to be!

Learning in a conducive environment

Forget stuffy lectures and textbook-only learning! At DTU, you're thrown headfirst into real-world challenges. Professors are industry veterans, not just academics, and they bring their practical experience into the classroom. You'll be building prototypes, collaborating on projects with companies, and even testing your ideas in the field. By the time you graduate, you won't just have a degree, you'll have a portfolio of real-world experience that makes the transition from student to professional seamless.

Marketing Management Student

I believe VIA UC gives really good opportunities to develop within a specific field. I can talk from my experience being a Marketing Management student. The study model is comprehensive with internship possibilities to gain practical knowledge about the subject. I enjoy learning environment as well as lecturers, who can be successful entrepreneurs/experts in their field. The focus is based on group work as well as problem-solving cases. Campus Horsens offers a wide range of places to study, library, gym, and several organisations as AIESEC or student council DSR, that offer extracurricular opportunities. The attached Vitus Bering Innovation Park gives an insight into a business environment which encourages students to participate in innovative challenges or offers support with developing own businesses.
