I have a positive attitude towards RUC. I enjoy the project-based learning system. It helped my learning to use real-life problems. I also gained better research, writing and presentation skills. Teachers are supportive and helpful. I enjoy the international atmosphere of the university. Students can exchange their ideas from various countries. The first time I used the system it was a little tricky. Students need to be independent and manage their own time.
Sometimes group work can be difficult. However, it gave me the confidence and responsibility.
Yes, I would be recommending RUC to other students.

Studying MSc in Business Administration and Leadership at Roskilde University has been an excellent experience for me. I truly appreciate the learning environment, which is friendly, open, and highly supportive. The teaching approach is interactive and encourages active participation, while the emphasis on group work makes the learning process both engaging and meaningful. As an international student, I feel very comfortable and well-integrated into the academic community. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the programme it has been a valuable and enriching journey, and I would highly recommend it to others.
View moreThe reasons I chose to study here is because Roskilde University encourages interdisciplinary studies, allowing students to explore a wide range of topics and fields. The university is known for its student-centered approach to learning, which includes problem-based and project-based learning. The university has a diverse student body and offers various international programs, contributing to a rich and multicultural learning experience. Roskilde University is recognized for its high-quality academic programs and excellent faculty members. But the university has limited courses, certain specialized fields are not represented. Roskilde University is located outside of Copenhagen, which may be a downside for students who prefer to study in a more urban environment. Non-Danish-speaking students may face challenges adjusting to the language and cultural differences, although the university does offer support for international students.
View moreWhen I started my studies at RUC, my expectations were a mixture of high academic standards with a high degree of competition, what I get at the end of the day was something completely different.
On the plus side, RUC, has infiltrated my critical perspective in a major way. In a sense that I have embodied the collaborative approach in addressing a problem. I love about that.
What I didn’t like is the lack of systematic grading system that is in place. The lack of clarity can be frustrating for students looking to get a feedback on their paper.
