Its ok

The overall experience was ok. Yet I dont feel that it was worth 10k€ a year for what I received. Starting from repetitive classes in each year but with a different name until not having bathrooms for almost 6 months. The quality of the majority of classes was 2/5. The content of the classes was not deep enough to teach you about tools, appliances, ways of solving, what should be taken into consideration. On my 2 last years. I took the exact same class of public relations but named differently. Not even the professor knew what to say any more. I didn’t saw not event one tool that is used in public relations. We analyzed just one case of public relations in the whole semester. And it was a mention not event a full analysis. I do not recommend GBSB. The internships they say the help you with on their webpage its a lie. They do not help you in any way to connect you with no company. They are not event informed in how to help you with the visa.

Nothing to show

The teachers, the encouragement they give you,

I chose this university because some friends who had studied there had told me it was a great experience, and it's true. It has excellent facilities and a faculty that always encourages you to do your best. They motivate you a lot and guide you in a way I hadn't seen before. They are very approachable professors and are attentive to how they can optimize your studies. I made good friends there, I have good memories of that experience, and I might even pursue some further studies because it left a very positive impression on me.

Nothing to show

Modern and with great technical means

The UEMC is a University with modern facilities and with very good technical resources. The small number of students in each class means that the subjects can be better taught and the learning is properly taken advantage of. The University has been making a firm commitment for the promotion of the employment of its students for a long time, thanks to the measures that are part of the Strategic Plan of Employability and the possibility of practicing from the first courses, with the advice of attentive academic tutors to the needs of each student. In addition, it has an online training program that also allows professionals to update their knowledge through a modality that has advantages such as flexibility, ease of connection or reconciliation with other activities. There are always areas in which you can improve but, in general, the UEMC is an excellent University in which to study degrees, double degrees, own degrees or master's degrees. Student in 2013

I really enjoyed my time at LCB! I've found that my skills when I entered the work force were much higher than others. I think though there was a big portion missing in recipe development and composition. True- we did learn it through memorizing the recipes, but we really were missing classes on how different ingredients affect the final textures.. how you can change them... etc. That I still am not an expert in .. and I create recipes! Ouf! Also, I don't know if you still do a month of sugar work... but that really wasn't necessary and should be either cut or minimized to just 2 lessons. It's such a niche skill to know that I would have really preferred more technical skills. I loved the old location. The "rumors" I'm getting about the new location are that it's not as good, unfortunately - that i's become more of a money focused/marketing machine. I really hope that this image can be fixed as I love LCB and enjoyed my time there! Oh also - there should be more help for students to get jobs and featuring old students accomplishments - from cookbook launches to new bakeries so that current and old students can support them.
