The overall experience was ok. Yet I dont feel that it was worth 10k€ a year for what I received. Starting from repetitive classes in each year but with a different name until not having bathrooms for almost 6 months. The quality of the majority of classes was 2/5. The content of the classes was not deep enough to teach you about tools, appliances, ways of solving, what should be taken into consideration. On my 2 last years. I took the exact same class of public relations but named differently. Not even the professor knew what to say any more. I didn’t saw not event one tool that is used in public relations. We analyzed just one case of public relations in the whole semester. And it was a mention not event a full analysis. I do not recommend GBSB. The internships they say the help you with on their webpage its a lie. They do not help you in any way to connect you with no company. They are not event informed in how to help you with the visa.
I chose this university because some friends who had studied there had told me it was a great experience, and it's true. It has excellent facilities and a faculty that always encourages you to do your best. They motivate you a lot and guide you in a way I hadn't seen before. They are very approachable professors and are attentive to how they can optimize your studies. I made good friends there, I have good memories of that experience, and I might even pursue some further studies because it left a very positive impression on me.
Excellent university, with experienced professors, professionals in the areas they teach and with an incomparable teacher-student proximity. It is a very good university for International students since thet offer Portuguese classes and some subjects are in English. In terms of infrastructure, despite being small and not having all the conditions and equipment, it brings together a pleasant environment for studying - in addition to very good cleaning conditions and modern rooms. At the administrative level, it is organized. As for the students, many are very interested in being there, excellent students and enormous dedication.
The best thing of this university are the professors and the background they have, you can learn a lot about all of them, each one is focus on different marketing areas which is very good to have a wider perspective of being creative and all what it implies. As the program is not long each subject takes around 4 to 5 days, so i will recommend you to don't miss any class because you can miss important details of some specific topic. In my opinion, doing this master helped me and encourage me to develop my creativity and communication skills not just in my professional life but also in my personal life, which for me is really good. Talking about facilities the university is small and has modern furniture and equipment, it is located in a good area and has metro and bus station close by, it doesn't have a cafeteria inside but it has vending machines and a restaurant downstairs. In general personnel that works here is friendly and willing to help when necessary.
I loved being at Schiller in Heidelberg. The setting and the city were very serene and the exposure to all those students and teachers from such different and diverse backgrounds was a great learning experience. Additionally, the ease of accessing the Schiller campuses in the other countries was a great additional bonus to studying at Schiller. I would most definitely recommend Schiller to other students who are looking for a very culturally fulfilling experience.
Being here has been such a wild ride. Moving to a new country every semester and learning local languages has been both fun and challenging, but it's kinda exhausting too. Still, that hustle gives me an adrenaline rush I low-key love! The best part has been seeing our business ideas come to life and when people genuinely appreciate and engage with something we’ve built, it makes all the hard work worth it.
I enjoyed this programe, academically is it similar to other programs in other cities but it offers so much more. The personal connection with professors, strong guidance for future career and the international network is what separates it from other options!
