I can’t talk about internships, placements or facilities. One of the really great things about Western Governor’s University is that they choose to use several nationally recognized certifications for their courses. Specifically, COMPTIA A , Network and Security are the three required courses for a WGU graduate in IT and Software Development that require the student to successfully complete the Cisco JAVA certification. These exams are genuine and students must visit the official exam centers to appear for these exams. Because students not only get a bachelor’s degree, but also have various national certificates that make students better job candidates.
The study load and study materials are very good. For some courses that you already know or can pass very quickly, testing is easy. After passing the final exam, the course ends. In general, you can focus on one class at a time and make sure you pass it, but you can take multiple classes at once. I like the one on one approach. Western Governors University allows you to earn more credits after completing your scheduled courses, which means you can graduate much faster.
