University of the People has been a flexible, affordable, and supportive option for earning my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. The online format means I can study from anywhere, and the low cost—paying only modest fees for exams every two months—makes it far more accessible than traditional universities, especially for international students. The admissions process was quick and accommodating, and I’ve found both professors and staff to be responsive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in students’ success. Courses are challenging yet manageable, offering free learning resources and opportunities to work on meaningful projects, including research papers from the outset. I was able to enroll without needing the required subjects for most Computer Science programmes, such as Mathematics and Science. That was a major reason for me choosing UoPeople, and I have not looked back since.
