Student review [#105560] for Health Science
at University of the People - UoPeople

My experience at the University of the People has been very positive so far. What I appreciate most is the flexibility of the online learning system, which allows me to pursue my degree while managing other responsibilities. The university gives students from different backgrounds and countries the opportunity to access higher education without the traditional costs associated with many universities.
I particularly like the course structure, weekly learning activities, discussion forums, assignments, and the opportunity to interact with students from different parts of the world. My courses in Health Sciences have helped me develop a better understanding of public health, nutrition, and other important areas of healthcare. The instructors and course facilitators have also provided useful feedback that has helped me improve academically.
One thing I find challenging is that online learning requires a lot of self-discipline, time management, and personal motivation. Since there is no traditional campus environment, students have to take responsibility for keeping up with deadlines and participating actively.
Overall, I would recommend the University of the People, especially to students who need an affordable and flexible way to pursue higher education. It is not always easy, but for students who are committed to learning and willing to put in the work, it can be a valuable educational experience.
