Hello,
UoPeople proved that no regime can shut down a dream. When the Taliban closed our university doors, UoPeople opened virtual ones, and with them, a future. I study from my living room, surrounded by instability, yet I’ve never felt more empowered. Every assignment completed is an act of quiet resistance. Every degree earned is a promise that Afghan women will rise again.
What I’d change? Nothing about the mission, just the resources. More scholarships, offline tools for blackouts, and trauma-informed support. Because when you educate an Afghan woman, you don’t just change her life, you inspire a generation waiting for the light to return.
