What I like most about UoPeople is its affordability and flexibility. As a working student, I appreciate that I can study at my own pace each week while keeping my full time job. The discussion forums allow me to learn from classmates around the world, which broadens my perspective. The instructors and peers are generally supportive.

What I dislike is the challenge of time management. Balancing work deadlines with weekly readings, discussion posts, and assignments can be overwhelming at times. There are weeks where I feel pressured to keep up.

My recommendation is simple. Master time management from day one. Use a planner, break down weekly tasks into small daily goals, and be consistent. Even thirty minutes a day is better than cramming on weekends. For the university, I recommend offering more flexible deadline options for working students, such as a short grace period for assignments. This would reduce stress without lowering academic standards.

Overall, UoPeople is a great choice for self disciplined students who need an affordable path to a degree while working.
