Student review [#24143] for Engineering
at University of Miami

The years I spent as an undergrad at the University of Miami were definitely the best years of my life. I majored in Engineering and can wholeheartedly vouch for the teaching quality. The instructors I had the privilege of learning under were some of the best in the field! As for student facilities and student life, the university is famous for it’s night life and party culture and ranks 4th in the States for the biggest party university (I guess that says it all)!
The campus has great facilities including swimming pools, a gymnasium and my personal favourite: the libraries, where I spent the majority of my time cramming late-night study sessions.
Another aspect that I loved about the University of Miami was its multicultural cohort of students. Having been an international student myself, I felt represented by the student clubs and associations. Even my roommates being from Indonesia and the Bahamas are an example of how diverse of a student body the university boasts!
Having said all this, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the university to anyone interested in a fun and multicultural educational environment that is also balanced with great teaching and professors!
