The faculty and staff at the University of Florida are almost entirely made up of older people who like to hear themselves talk and are not good educators. Many courses are only offered with pre-recorded online lectures that do not give students the opportunity to participate in an actual learning experience, but rather students are stuck behind a screen listening to a teacher monotonously and without interest for hours. If the university does not strive to create an interactive learning relationship between teachers and students, they will no longer be held in high esteem in academia. The only reason successful students graduate from the University of Florida is because of their own expertise and hard work, it is in no way a result of the efforts of educators and administrators.
