Thunderbird offers courses at undergraduate and graduate levels as well as online. The majority of courses, however, are at graduate level, the most popular of which is the specialised Master of Global Management – a degree that was redesigned in 2014 from a more general MBA after the school’s collaboration with the University of Arizona. The MBA itself has been transformed over the years at Thunderbird, and was originally named a Master of Foreign Trade when the school began operating.
The school has several times been ranked the best in the world for education in international business and is established as a global leader in this field.

Life at Thunderbird

Thanks to its merger with the University of Arizona, Thunderbird now enjoys an even more extensive range of resources. Firstly, the Thunderbird International Business Information Centre Library offers a vast amount of resources to students in many forms. As for eating on campus, students may eat and mingle at the Thunderbird Commons. There are many nearby places to eat off campus too. Outside of their studies students, or T-birds, can join any of the culturally diverse clubs and organisations at the school. And finally, for accommodation, there are options on the Thunderbird campus, where students can reside close to the buildings where they study and attend class, etc. Students may also live off campus should they wish.
