I feel Education and Environment work hand in hand, and at UIC you have a nice blend of both. You have high quality facilities mixed with Uplifting Campus life. When you need that fresh air to collect your thoughts you literally just have to be anywhere in this institution and I find that to be really nice..

Since I’ve been attending UIC, I have noticed that the academic and social atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive, giving opportunities to learn and grow with their excellent courses and extracurricular activities. The professors despite dealing with large classes are incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of their discipline thus providing personalized and helpful guidance. Additionally the campus is beautiful and the location is great, since it’s close to restaurants, shops and other attractions it makes it a one stop destination saving students money from paying Uber and other expenses.

The university is an excellent education option accommodating students of all backgrounds, it has amazing educational programs and facilities, allowing students to explore in variety. The campus is very diverse, whatever your background is there’s surely an activity that will suit you. So if you’re looking for outstanding education and vibrance environment in one place UIC is the destination.
Of course not everything will be as rosy as I have said but overall the experience you’ll find at this university will be slightly similar to mine if not the same.

Good university but it did not lead to a good job. The facilities were lovely and it was good getting to meet many international students. Additionally, I got assistantships (RA and TA), which helped with the costs. That being said, my degree was not worth it in the long run.
