Great faculty, with too much on their plate
Shippensburg University offers a wide array of programs to choose from, with supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Unfortunately, the school fails to provide adequate guidance and career counseling. I believe that if the school was to require advisors to meet with students more often, then maybe career/job placement rates would be higher for graduates. It seems the faculty have too much on their plate, however, to focus on individual students.
