StudentUSExcellent teachers, great environment.The history department at Shippensburg University has incredible teachers who went out of their way to be of help to their students. My professors were knowledgeable and taught in a way that encouraged everyone to speak up. No matter the question, each professor did an excellent job helping to clarify lesson topics.

Shippensburg University is an amazing university. In comparison to other universities, it is reasonably priced, and its campus is lovely. My resident hall is fantastic, all of my Professors have been good so far and student life has been vibrant. The eating dining halls and food are decent but they definitely could be better.

Shippensburg University offers a wide array of programs to choose from, with supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Unfortunately, the school fails to provide adequate guidance and career counseling. I believe that if the school was to require advisors to meet with students more often, then maybe career/job placement rates would be higher for graduates. It seems the faculty have too much on their plate, however, to focus on individual students.
