Rutgers University is where a student is exposed to a vast horizon of educational, social, and professional possibilities. The range of educational majors to choose from, whether that be in the Mason Gross Arts school, Rutgers Business School, or Pharmacy school, may feel daunting at first, but allows a curious student to fully play upon their initial educational interests. In addition, each major and program within Rutgers, from my experience, gives the student the to explore the field in an interdisciplinary sense, whether that be through student body clubs/programs, internship opportunities from corporate partnerships, seasoned professionals as professors, or even student-to-student collaboration in case studies. Allowing students to gain a holistic view of their respective fields is at the forefront of Rutgers education. Rutgers University is a campus and social environment where anyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, and culture, can find a group of students they can identify and feel comfortable.
