As a Public Health student at Brigham Young University Idaho, I’ve had a rewarding experience that has prepared me for a career in promoting health and wellness. The university’s Public Health program has provided me with a solid foundation in the principles of health education, epidemiology, and health policy.

BYU is a great place for religious students who want to focus on their education and love the outdoors. The classes can be a lot of work but you do learn a lot. I believe BYU has given me a lot of unique opportunities to serve and join different clubs.

My education at BYU has been a great experience, and I wish I had known about the institution earlier. I am an online student, and the experience has been faultless. The online teaching is great, well-structured, and advanced to help you navigate and not feel distant or less of yourself as an online student. The discussion room for each week’s assignment, feedback, and grading is swift and excellent.
The education process begins with a preparatory pathway that includes refreshing your knowledge of basic Mathematics, English, and more. This pathway lasts for about 3 semesters before you advance to the degree level.
