Student review [#31125] for Chemical Engineering
at Purdue University

It’s a rigorous school, given I’m an engineering major as well. I do find many courses to help us think in a different way. However many courses are not designed to be first-gen friendly, especially coming from a low-income community where I didn’t have as many opportunities as others did before coming here. I still work hard and do what needs to get done. The atmosphere is meh. It’s a PWI so at times I do feel out of place as a minority woman there.
